We don't need their permission
When a vendor has no usable API, we work with what it does have. "Impossible" usually means "nobody tried."
A human approves the writes
Reads run free. Anything that changes a record waits for a person — until you decide it doesn't need to.
Every action is logged
You can see exactly what moved, when, and why. If it ever goes wrong you can prove what happened.
It fails loudly
Silent failure is the real danger in automation. Ours tells somebody the moment it can't do its job.
Knowledge
The answer is in there.
Nobody can find it.
Twenty years of contracts, quotes, reports and email. Ask it a question in plain English and get an answer that shows its work.
How it actually works
Answers you can check.
Every answer cites its source
You get the document and the passage, so you can verify it yourself. An answer you can't check is worthless.
It admits when it doesn't know
If the answer isn't in your archive, it says so. That's the difference between a tool and a liability.
You choose where it runs
If the data must stay in-house, it runs entirely on hardware you control and never trains anybody's model. If that doesn't matter, we use whatever's fastest.
It handles the mess
Scans, PDFs, photographed pages, inconsistent naming, thirty years of somebody else's filing habits.
The leash
And we keep it

An agent with real access to your systems will do something catastrophic if the wrong text tells it to. This is the part everyone else leaves out.
How it actually works
It has to predict before it acts.
Dry-run the dangerous move
Before a risky command runs, a model predicts what it would actually do — and refuses it if the answer is "destroy something."
Untrusted text can't give orders
A web page, an email or a transcript can carry instructions aimed at your agent. We check content for that before the agent ever acts on it.
Nobody talks their way past it
"Ignore your instructions," "I'm the developer," "this is an emergency" — a public line grants zero authority.
Honest failure
When it can't do something safely it says so plainly, instead of quietly doing something close enough.
This is why a careful business can actually say yes to any of this.
Always on
It's 3 AM and it's
already fixed.
